Unless we say otherwise, all references to the StormViz Sites in these terms and conditions include all such sites. These terms and conditions do not apply to your use of unaffiliated sites to which any of the StormViz Sites only links.
Restrictions on Use of Materials
The contents of this site, all Website design, text, images, graphics and the selection and arrangement thereof, are protected by copyright and trademark laws, and are the property of StormViz, Sharon C. Submissions
We welcome your inputs about any of the StormViz Sites. Our policy does not permit us to accept or consider creative ideas, suggestions or materials other than those we have specifically solicited. Forums
A "forum" means any message board, chat room, or similar interactive service appearing on any of the StormViz Sites.
You may NOT POST on any forum any material that is:
- libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, fraudulent, in violation of any law or that invades a person's privacy;
- infringes on any copyright, patent or trademark or any other intellectual property right held by any other party;
- bigoted, hateful or racially offensive;
- advocating any illegal activity or discussing illegal activities with an intent to commit them;
- soliciting funds, or that advertises or solicits goods or services.
- "mail-bombing: or "post-bombing" with the provision that "mail-bombing" is defined as the practice of sending more than ten (10) similar email messages to the same email address, while "post-bombing" is defined as the repeated posting of the same or similar messages to a message board;
- off-topic according to the description of the group or list, or sending unsolicited mass emailings to more than twenty-five (25) email users, if such unsolicited mailings provoke complaints from any of the recipients;
- found to forge or imitate any message header, in part or in whole, of any electronic transmission, originating or passing through the Website;
- known to be false; or that contains a virus or other harmful component.
By posting on the StormViz Sites, you give (or warrant that the owner of such rights has expressly granted) StormViz and/or its affiliated companies and clients the perpetual, nonexclusive right to use your questions, comments, and postings in books, articles, commentaries, or in any other medium now known or later developed.
