ALBUMS "When I Love" After a year in Boston in 1997 with family, husband Farncis Pangilinan and daughter Kaycee, Sharon has come back to her first love and is ready to share her voice once more. When I Love consists of 13 cuts written by composers like Henry Garcia, Jay Durias, Joey Benin, Jungee Marcelo, Ben Escasa and Shawie herself for her Mega Music Production, to be released by Viva Records and co-produced by Vic del Rosario. Some of the cuts on the album are Both Sides Now (the carrier single, by Joni Mitchell), Doors, After All, Kahit Kailan, Give Cry A Try and Starlight which includes a counterpoint with Kaycee. AWARDS: Sharon was awarded a PARI Certified Platinum Record Award for the album "When I Love" last September 4, 1999 during her concert in Dagupan. The album became platinum one month from the date that it was launched. Just 10 days after its release, Sharon was awarded a PARI Certified GOLD Record Award on August 8, 1999. The award was given by Danny Olivares, President of PARI, and by Ben Escasa, record producer.
